Reading up on the lore before watching the Odyssey

I’ve read my fair share of Greek mythology books: the odyssey, the Iliad, song of Achilles, Circe, Clytemnestra, the women of Troy, etc… and it gave me such enjoyment to be able to understand everything going on in the odyssey movie, AND I got all the references being made to all the books I’ve read. Reading the book before you go gives you a new level of appreciation for the movie!
